It’s in the blood. The Savage family has been creating art on Mount Desert Island for generations. Architecture, landscape design, half-hulls, wood carvings, furniture, painting, jewelry, photography—a myriad of artistic expression flows from this creative family. Asticou Connection is the showcase of their work as individual artists with a shared family passion for beauty in form and function.
Resident artists Ken and Rick Savage carve and create in the the neighboring workshop, connected by a covered walkway, and visitors are welcome. |
